Troubleshooting

Logging: turn on Log documents in the Activity Log in the setup guide's Troubleshooting step, or with Enable Logging on the Minteo Bank Alias page. Payments and statements exchanged with Minteo are then saved, which helps us investigate a problem. The documents contain bank account numbers, so turn logging off again afterwards. You can clean up old entries with a standard retention policy on the Activity Log.

Fetch statements again: Include statements already fetched in the setup guide is meant for testing only. With it on, each import fetches the whole period again.

Privacy

The app sends technical events to Minteo: status codes, counts and durations. It never sends documents, account numbers, names or amounts. See our privacy statement.
