Paying Vendors
With the integration in place, sending payments to the bank becomes part of your normal payment run in Finance and Operations — no exports, no bank portal uploads:
- Propose. You create payment runs the way you always have, selecting which invoices to pay and when. The integration works with your existing payment processes rather than replacing them.
- Validate. Before anything reaches the bank, each payment is checked against the terms of your bank agreement — account details, payment types, and required references. Problems are reported immediately, with enough context to fix them and resend.
- Send and follow. Approved payments go straight to the bank from within Finance and Operations. You can follow each payment's status — validated, accepted, or rejected — from the same screen, with a unique end-to-end reference on every payment for full traceability.
- Settled, not just sent. When the bank confirms a payment, the related vendor invoices are settled automatically in Finance and Operations — your ledger reflects what actually happened at the bank, without manual matching.
The result is a payment process where errors are caught before the bank sees them, and where the status of every payment is visible without leaving Finance and Operations.
